Losing Connection in Black Ops 4

I get half way through a game and then I lose connection to the servers or the host or it says i dont have an internet connection and usually throws me out of any party that im in even though im usually still connected to xbox live and in rare occasions
I lose connection to xbox live for 10 seconds and then reconnect. Had no problems whatsoever playing on Saturday all day over wifi, but the last two days it happens every game I try and play but only on Black Ops 4 no other game!! Ive posted two screenshots
of the errors i get when the game tells me that my connection had been interrupted. Can anybody help at all? Thanks in advance

I was wondering if anyone has been having problems on live? Example losing connection. Xbox freezing. Playing on black ops 2 and cannot see weapon in multiplayer. Any problems at all in black ops 2 online?? Thx.

Sorry to hear about the disconnections. We're gonna try to get you back on that Prestige grind. Please run you connection test by going to Settings>Network>Network Settings>Test Multiplayer Connection. Depending on the test result, follow the troubleshooting
on our
Connection Solution page. Let us know how this goes!

 

Check your router, restart it and try clearing cache. Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

 

Sorry for sounding dumb, I know how to do the other three things but how do I clear my cache?

That is a great question. The cache on the router or gateway will be cleared when the power cycle is completed. There are no extra steps to take in order to clear the cache. We recommend continuing the excellent troubleshooting steps provided by the moderator
and ambassador. Be sure to keep us updated!

 

Everything came back fine, reset and unplugged the router, reset the console and all tests came back positive, going to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game

 

For games like black ops 4 it is also a good idea to used wired connection for a better gaming experience and it may stop the disconnections you are experiencing.

For connectivity problems you will want to first perform a full power cycle of both your xbox as well as modem/router. This should hopefully resolve the issue

 

Maybe the problem is that Black Ops 4 is new game and servers are being fully occupied. And if you have slow connection you can get disconnected. If you do not have problems in any other games, maybe try to contact black ops support on their forum. Or
follow instructions of other members.
