  1. Losing connection during daily challenges


    Hi, hoping you can assist me. Often when I am part way through a daily challenge my laptop freezes and then it reverts back to the desktop and I have to start again. Today I have attempted Pyramids nine times and given up for now. My wife has no trouble
    on her laptop so we don't think it is the wifi connection. Any help would be appreciated. Both laptops are HP.

    Can't sign into Daily Challenge due to stated no internet connection to x box even though I could play solitaire daily challenge.

  3. daily challenge crash !!

    During the last couple of days , Feb 3/4 2014 , Microsoft mahjong has refused to open on one game during the Daily Challenge . If this persists through the rest of the month , this will make daily challenges redundant and people (myself included ) will stop
    playing the game .

    Losing connection during daily challenges

    I would suggest to reinstall it. You will loose nothing and have a fresh new (maybe updated) game.

    Also got two laptops HP and wifi. Sometimes I loose connection but that last for 10 seconds at most.

    Give it a try and otherwise play with the power connector plugged in, maybe that will work.

  5. Thanks, we have tried uninstalling, emptying the store cache and reinstalling and trying again. On reflection I don't think we are losing internet connection, the puzzle freezes and then closes down back to desktop (working on Windows 8.1). Can open it
    up again immediately and back to the beginning. Really frustrating when you have just finished a hard puzzle and can't get the credits. When I tried again last night I lost it all again so above didn't help. This problem happens on most of the puzzles but
    most often on Pyramids. Laptop is fully charged so don't think it is power connection either. Hope this explains problem in more detail.

    To find out what version of Windows you are running:

    3.Another box will open that will tell you what version of Windows you're running and what the build is. Please post both the version number and the build number.

    This form should help us be able to troubleshoot your issue faster and making a new post will let us know that this is an issue that needs to be addressed.

    I too am having trouble loading the Daily Challenge Crossword. The ads and other games are loading.

    My Crossword Daily Challenge still does not work on April 12, 2018, at 9:16 AM eastern time.

    I understand about the crossword map, is the Daily Challenge associated with the map?

    Note, this started after a Microsoft update during the evening of April 10, is it connected?|

    Daily Challenges lose progress

    Please make sure you are logged in to Xbox (in the upper right hand corner) when playing the game, as this will allow your progress to be stored on our servers.

    I would also recommend you try a full restart of your computer or device.
