    Will someone fix these constant connection problems!! I'm continually losing coins, tickets and powerballs because at the end of the games the connection keeps dropping out.

    I am fed up of connection problems and unable to connect to chat server. It had been all day now and getting annoying also losing tickets and coins cause of this issue.please mail me bk support to sort this problem

    Constant Connection Problems

    I have also encountered this problem spanning for almost a week now. It drops connections sporadically before and after games, losing coins, tickets, power balls progress, etc.

    I wonder what is being done to fix this wide spread problem?

    Having the same problem...very annoying. This seems to happen about once a year. I lose all the daily and have to start over. Getting the daily coins and tickets by watching the ad has not been working for about a week prior to
    the connection problems that started this past weekend.

    Mine keeps disconnecting also, its great, NOT!

    I lost a lot of tickets, coins and keys because of this!!! It says connecting to server, but it stays there, im forced to close down the app because i cant do anything else.

    When im ingame or in the results screen, and it disconnects, i lose my wins/bingos/power balls and bingos/ keys, coins and tickets.

    Ive bought coins and i didnt buy them to lose them because of your *** servers!!

    every time you try to buy coins , it says check internet connection
