Losing achievements score

If they're all from Xbox One games, it's a glitch that will fix itself but it can usually take a few days.

If they're from 360 games that can be the sign of a gamerscore reset.

This does occasionally happen to people. It normally routes itself out and fixes itself within hours to a day or so. Typically, the only way Gamerscore can often be removed is by the Enforcement Team but
that would often be accompanied by some kind of suspension or ban. Check out http://enforcement.xbox.com and double check that you don't have any pending Enforcement Actions currently.

Past that, you should sign up for an account with TrueAchievements and see if it displays the correct amount of Gamerscore... if TA displays it correctly, then it is most likely a visual bug on Xbox Live
that will most likely fix itself. https://www.trueachievements.com

I've read somewhere that you keep your achievements and gamer score. If not then what's the point of changing the email if you lose all that hard earned gamer score and achievements...
