    Losing Achievements from changing from Xbox 360 to Xbox One!?


    A few days ago I transport my Profile to my new Xbox One. Now I have seen, that some achievements are missing. The 250 G from a Left 4 Dead-DLC are not activated. On Xbox.com these achievements are classified as "Blocked Achievements" ("Blockierte Erfolge").
    I have had a chat with the support, which says, that I should ask the game-publisher for help. And EA/Valve will connect to the Achievement-Database from Microsoft to solve the problem? I don't think so. I think it is a microsoft-error, but if MS don't categorize
    this as its own error, there is no possibility to fix this bug. What is your meaning? Kindest regards!

    Interesting alright, thanks. Gamerpic can be one from the microsoft store or does it need to my actual character?

    To change the background of your Xbox One go to Settings then My Xbox. There you can change the color you prefer and the background from either a USB or Achievement artwork. For Achievement artwork you need to click into the Achievement then click Set As Background.

    As for your Avatar on your Xbox One go to Settings, then About Me, then Change Gamerpic.

    I checked out your achievements and notice that quite a few of them are marked as having been unlocked offline. This could be the reason they are not showing up. Please give it some time to see if they repopulate on your account. It could take up to a
    couple of weeks to do so.

    Q: Will I need to earn my game achievements again on the Xbox One?

    A: No, if you originally earned the game achievement on the Xbox 360 you will not get duplicate achievements nor lose your previous achievements.

    Hi there, as I understand it's going to be like running the Xbox 360 from your Xbox One so I don't think much will change in regards to achievements and Gamerscore because it will be exactly like playing the 360 now, except on your Xbox One.
