    Losing access to my games


    So recently, everytime my xbox shuts off, I loose all access to my games and apps and I'm required to uninstall and reinstall them just so I can use them again. Now I don't have the greatest internet so when this happens (4-5 times a week) depending on the
    size of the game it could take a few minutes to a few days. I am ready to pull my hair out. Anyone have any suggestions as to what is going on? I can't play anything or watch anything. This is the original xbox from when they first came out 500gb harddrive
    with a 1tb external.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    All the completed orders on your account is saved to your Order history real time.

    Kindly verify your game purchase to your account by checking your Order history here: account.microsoft.com > Order history.

    Once you see the game there you should have the option to install the game.

    It is the games license that'll enable you to install and then play the game.

    To find your games on the Xbox please press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all.

    Under Full library > Owned games, you'll see all games that you own with the profile that's signed in to the console.

    If a game that you own hasn't been installed on your console, there's a download icon on the game title. Selecting the title prompts you to install the game before you can play it.

    The game is no longer available on the platform, which is a strange situation.



    As for The Elder Scrolls Oblivion, the game seems to still be available, so there's a big question mark there too.



    The only way I can help you at the moment is to contact Microsoft support and check with Xbox support with proof of purchase.



    I'm still investigating if I find anything I'll get back to you.

    Account locked. Transfer data?

    No that is a bad Idea - Do not delete that account - you will lose access to the save games.

    You need access to that account - how ever you can do it - if you do not, eventually you will lose all access to DLC/Games etc.

    I can't log in to minecraft

    I'm afraid not, if you lose access to your account, you also lose access to your purchases and other account data. The only option would be to buy the game again.
