    Lose connection on xbox live daily. "Cannot connect to Live servers"


    I cannot connect to my xbox live account. Everything in my house is connected (wireless) no problem. A PS4 down the hall, laptops, phones etc. My xbox is hard wired I will sign in, Then randomly lose connection mid game. Sometimes it says "you must be
    signed in to play xbox live" (which I was). Other times a black bar comes across the screen saying "Connection interrupted with Xbox servers". This happens every day. Please don't tell me to restart my modem. Been doing every solution I know for over a month
    now. My modem is somewhat new and up to date. My internet is fine. When I test connection it shows my internet is fine. This mostly happens with all of the Call of duty games. Doesn't happen during Netflix. Its always saying " Cannot connect to servers".
    HELP> I'M AGGRAVATED!! Can't seeing paying for games and live accounts that are useless.

    Can't sign in to my account.

    Yes not working, looks like live is down. If you disconnect the net connection it'll let you load your profile on the One but you cannot connect to the Live servers.

    The servers weren't down, just the Wired connection.

    First of all, it's 80% fixed. I can connect to live now but there is one problem. Sometimes I lose connection from dns server cannot resolve xbox live server names...

    You don't actually need a second DNS server it is only used if it cannot connect the primary server. What error message do you get when you try to connect to live using the "test xbox live" setting

    you cannot determine ping speeds to xbox live servers with a general speed test from a phone, the phone will connect to servers locally.
