    Lose all services


    I've been using my xbox one on my home network for years and no problem, then two days ago while playing online I lost connection. Couldn't get it back, when I tested my connection got the screen saying something about additional authentication needed. I've
    restarted my router several times, I can reset my wireless network settings on the xbox/go offline and forget the network etc. When I re-establish a connection to wireless it will say all good to go, but within a few seconds, all services available goes back
    to service info unavailable and I'm right back to where I started. Getting pretty frustrating, why does it keep happening and how do I fix it? I've tried changing the MAC address before.

    I've checked those over the last couple days and they didn't help, the xbox support troubleshooter does nothing. Every other device on the network continues to work fine (phones, computers, smart T.V., tablets Roku etc.) it's only the xbox, and it happens
    on both 2.4 and 5 GHz networks.

    I'm highly suspect of the alternate MAC explanations. I've changed mine based on that guidance, but anyways, this is on my home network that only needs my passwords, and as I said, literally has worked for years without issue and stopped in the middle of
    a online multiplayer game.

    resetting everything yesterday, I did manage to get it back up, but today same thing and this time nothing works to correct it... at least not for more than a few seconds at a time. I've checked Microsoft and they aren't showing any service outages either.

    You could also consider checking in with your internet service provider and asking to have them run tests on your internet where you are. Some important questions for us to be able to help you more would be along the lines of: do other devices connect just
    fine to your router?

    STILL Can't Get Xbox One Minecraft Discount

    Sorry to hear it. As per the ToU and CoC of the Live service you lose all access to any items/Gold on your gamertag when it is banned. Also, if your console dies or you is banned from the Live service you will lose access to the 360 version of the game
    as well.

    Xbox live get your shit together your 99.9% from losing my services n that will be 10diffrent accounts so you will be losing a good chunk of change all cuz u cant get your shit together for last yr this services has been SHIT
