    Cortana slows framerates to a crawl while recording clips.

    While playing Destiny, I lose frames...I run about 3fps for 30-45 seconds after giving the command "Hey Cortana, record that." Please fix this.

    Hi pajamas, This sounds like it could be a faulty HDMI cable. Could you try a different one and see if that helps? Also try plugging into a different HDMI port on your T.V, sometimes the ports become a little funny.

    Well I request help since you play in a game of Gears of War 4 in the game that I happen to lose a lot of FPS and much more annoying to ask other players and the same problem solves the problem (it is neither my TV nor my Internet) I await your response

    Thank you for your feedback. I read the information you provided. You mentioned that your frame rate dropped when playing Roblox after resetting your computer.



    There are many reasons for the problem, including drivers, system settings, and cooling.



    So I suggest you try the following methods, which may help you with your current problem.



    1. Graphics card driver problems may cause the current problem. Please visit the official website of the graphics card manufacturer to download and install the latest driver.



    2. Incorrect power settings may also cause a drop in frame rate. Please follow the steps below to check.



    Open the "Control Panel" and select "Power Options".



    Make sure to select the "High Performance" power plan, not "Energy Saving" or "Balanced".



    Under the high performance plan, check the advanced power settings and make sure the maximum performance state of the CPU and GPU is set to 100%.



    3. Please check whether the graphics settings in the game are the same as before. If special effects or resolution are increased, it may also cause a drop in frame rate.
