Lords of the Fallen....Ultimate Game Sale?

So for the past couple of days Lords of the Fallen has been on sale. I woke up this morning, on my day off thinking I was going to have an all day gaming session with this new game only to find out its been removed from the sale, despite tweets from @xboxstore
stating it would be on sale through the 23rd I believe.

What the heck happened?

Strange that lords of the fallen is not listed in the ultimate games sale on the home screen, the price was £7.50 for me when i bought it around 2pm, not sure whats going on there if its still up at £49.99 for you

 

Hey mate, I've done a quick search of the internet and I've seen a lot of different people having chats with support agents and a few have said that the deal should return this weekend. If it doesn't, all I can suggest is getting in touch with support yourself
and seeing what they tell you.

 

According to official support in the support forums Lords of the Fallen was not meant to be in the sale & was taken down

 

It was on sale Monday night and by Tuesday morning it was back to the regular price. It was NEVER on sale for a couple days. This is why you cannot wait to get in on these sales (I realize this was never supposed to be on sale but since it was, no reason
to wait).

 

So happy the gf nabbed it while it was still there lol.

 

I grabbed it just after midnight. Glad I did. It's a good game.
