Lords of the Fallen - Freezes

I just bought this in the sale. Great game and great music etc. Twice now I have had the game completely freeze up, but the music was still going. It did it during normal gameplay.

Has this happened to anyone else with this game as I haven't had it happen before? Thanks.

Lol,go through the door next to the tutorial dude you fight & follow the corridors round.It's a red crystal type thing on the floor.

Easy to find if you look around.

I actually wound up loving this game. Great atmosphere and it's challenging the first couple of runthroughs.

 

"Lords Of The Fallen" is a little buggy.

I would say forgiveably buggy but yes, this has happened a couple of times to me with the disc version as well.

Not ideal but still better than the Master Chief Collection's online mode.

 

worst game for me for freezing was fifa 14 everytime i did the training part game would freeze and goto desktop not had a freeze in this game yet but only played a few mins

Nope,not yet.

But got a 2nd boss fight with "broken routines".Instead of hidding in the middle of shields,it just stand up and doesn't move....I still have to beat it,sometime i got this issue with this boss.

Their game engine isn't perfect,so i'm ready for everything.

 

Had LotF for a couple of weeks & it has frozen a few times early on in the game but not had any freezes after the 2nd boss.

I always save whenever I see a save point just in case,click on your left stick & press Y to save without loosing your xp combo.

 

You can save without losing your xp multiplier? Great. Also, the dlc that adds the 200 achievement points is gone from the market place. I played for hours last night and it didn't freeze.

 

Dlc got postponed so hasn't actually been released yet.

Yeah,i think once you get past a certain point the game seems to behave itself but,like I said,i always quicksave just to be on the safe side.

 

i'm still quite disappointed that this game was removed from the Ultimate Game Sale after being promoted.

 

^tis a weird one.

The devs say it should be there but MS say it should not. If they devs are saying it should be on sale then i would imagine it will be on ale again soon.

 

I saw it the second it went on sale. I know that every Tuesday is when the sales start. I was playing Monday night and just after midnight (technically Tuesday, lol) I decided to check to see if any games were on sale and this was. It's weird that they took
it down. It's normally €69.99 in the MS store so getting it for €10.50 was great.

It's really growing on me. I'm really liking this game a lot. Lots of cool shards and trinkets to collect and use. Lots of cool weapons and spells etc. The music is epic.

I hope for everyone's sake it goes back on sale.

 

Especially to replace it for a last gen indie game Limbo,(which was given free for some us few months ago),without any explanations or warning....

Bad move.
