Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined why this occurred and resolved the issue. You should see your purchases recognized correctly shortly.

Forgive my anger in my last post. I don't know why I got so angry..

Perhaps it was great expectations, or at least some form of closure.

I dislike the fact that even though this is my post for help, that I am unable to edit or delete my own posts.

Sort of draconian,

You should allow us (your users and customers) to edit our posts.

To at least allow us to add further information

I shall not be surprised at another poor show though. I've come to expect it.

I've owned 5 original Xbox's, 3-4 Xbox 360's, and am on my 5th-6th Xbox One (S+X)

I have brought so many things from the store due to trying to get the rewards to unlock over the years I just give the **** up now.

I'm near 40 and have around 6 months to **** live left.

I really don't need this ****, so **** it. Get it sorted whom ever is responsible. And yes, I'd like you to go through my account, and find out what type it is, its geological region ect.

And I'd also like my **** points backdated too

What utter **** the rewards program is.

It really does make me feel like you've scammed so much money out of me over the years via it, I have just accepted it as standard practice.

It sounds more like you're needing assistance with th e Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards Program. If that is the case, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

Otherwise, there have not been any offers to receive credits for purchasing hardware through the Xbox Rewards Program.

No, I need assistance with the Xbox Rewards Program -

I've spent near £200 this month alone on Xbox Live and yet it still does not accept that I have

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a delay in processing due to one of our databases being taken down for maintenance. We see that the referred to purchases have been progressed towards their respective offers. However, we do not see 200 GBP in spending
for this month. Please note that it can take us up to 96 hours to process and receive data, so some of your more recent purchases may not have yet been processed as our servers work to catch up on the delayed data.
