Loosing my new Xbox dash and preview programme progress

Hope somebody can help.i have been a preview member for around a year now and recently received the update for the new Xbox dashboard.this worked for one night and the following morning I turned on my Xbox one and it automatically factory reset itself,since
then I've lost all of my preview programme progress tile transparancy dash background etc...I also had to re download all content does any body know what's up.

If you mean the EA Access Hub code, they were issued as a once off only to preview programme members who were already in the programme.

EA Acess codes are not issued to new preview programme members.

If you mean a preview programme message, perhaps Microsoft didn't accept you into the preview programme.

Not every invite is successful.

Preview Programme

I have been invited to the preview programme but I have not as of yet received any system updates. I have been informed that I am able to find out the progress of the application for the preview programme by posting on here. Any help?

Apparently there was a broken system update that some people received.

If you're in the preview programme x factor, what you are seeing is 'Pseudo Text'

This is quite normal for new system updates and will be fixed as the updates progress.

Pseudo text is simply a placeholder for non U.S. languages / character sets.

I have a question! I need I need to confirm that I am not in the Xbox Preview programme! I factory reset my console fully after I opted out of the programme but the Preview Programme is still in the 'Ready To Install section'! All replies and help is appreciated!
