Loose Thumbsticks on 4 Elite Series 2 controllers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anybody having problems getting those people at xbox?? ive had one shipped to them two weeks ago and still no answers as to why I hav'nt got it back after $$ for expedited shipping. I was foolish enough to go buy another thinking it would be ok,, GUESS WHAT!
its not, major stick looseness and deadspots! 6 Elite v1,, 4 Elite v2, 3 xbox one x's dozens of games and ABSOLUTELY piss poor service!

You if have warranty I sugest to send it to repair. If you bought from a retailer you need to contact them to get repaired.

Ive looked into this controller when considering a buy before, reviews are really bad, i never bought it because basically every review said the control sticks broke. Personally, im going to wait for the new xbox and get the elite for that. Hopefully it
will be fixed then. Unfortunately i cant help you with them not responding. Best i can say is microsoft is a big company and it might take a long time to get back to you. Sorry about that.

Each Elite controller series 2 comes with 1 set of paddles. You can order replacement paddles, thumbsticks etc.

Series 1 paddles, thumbsticks is not compatible with series 2.

Thanks for taking the time to ask this question here on the forums. Regarding the thumbsticks on the new Xbox Elite controller series 2, the calculations refer to actions that can be taken by the thumbsticks themselves, so it essentially the following (pardon
for the loose translations):

Radial - based on radius of full or half-circle movements made by the thumbstick,

Independent axis - based on the X or Y axis (up/down, L to R movement)

True Diagonals - would mean true 90deg diagonals based on the X/Y axis

For further information regarding any settings on this particular controller, I'd recommend checking out the following support articles that can detail what can be done more explicitly:

Get to know your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2

Adjust the thumbsticks on your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2

Use the Xbox Accessories app to customize your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2  

In general, it would be a good idea to test out different settings, just to see what works best for you and makes you more comfortable in gaming with the controller.
