So a hard reset helps to solve the eject disc problem? If so do i loose my save files after reset?

As long as you've been playing online, your saves are automatically saved to the cloud. So you wouldn't lose them.

Ok, I always have my console connected to xbox live so I will reset my console tonight and should not loose my game saves.

As long as you've been playing online, your saves are automatically saved to the cloud. So you wouldn't lose them.

im so fricking angry

im following the steps its telling me and on one of the steps it says reset this xbox but it says it will erase all accounts ,saved games, setings and home xbox associations does this mean i will loose all my saves on games and all of that?

iv tried the steps above but if i reset my xbox will i loose all of my save data just to play one game why cant you guys just fix it this problem has been a thing for years

Hi,thanks for your prompt reply, yes I've tried uninstalling the game and all content including saves on my xbox and on the cloud save, I've even tried different combinations of uninstalling eg. saves first then game etc then resetting again but still no luck. I've even contemplated a console factory reset but I don't want to risk loosing everything else on it. Anyway thanks again for your suggestions and kindness.
