Loose all sound when turn Control off then back on...

hey everyone, having an annoying issue and not sure how to fix it.. I have searched but I must be searching it incorrectly because I know some others who have had the same issue.

(I have my Xbox one hooked up to my tv and direct to my internet just in case that needs to be known.)

If I am in a game and then back out of the game, go to the TV and turn off my remote - then later turn back on my remote, I have no sound and often the remote is unresponsive. I usually have to power down the console completely, then take the batteries
out of the remote then power them both back on for it to work. There are also times when I am in game and need to change my batteries out. Once i do this I need to do all the above again (shutting down console etc)

I have tried syncing the remote and console, tried another remote etc but nothing seems to fix this issue.. Anyone else have this problem and is there a fix out there I may not know?

I meant to say my cover on the hard drive side came off I put it back on it's loose though it don't fall off or nothing it's just loose and I'm not sure rather to turn it on or not.Is that still system tampering I just put my cover back on?and I hear a rattling
sound when I pick it up.

 

Game Options saves my sound setting as "Off" but still plays sounds when I restart.

On my Windows 8 PC version of AlphaJax, I turn the "Play Sounds" and "Play Game Music" Off. Both are Off. Then when I exit and come back in the game the settings still show Off but game sounds are playing. Music is still off. If I back to Options and
turn sounds back on then Off, they are Off again as expected.



(Also, these are in game sounds...but I noticed sounds also playing during startup. So the "Microsoft Studios" and "frima" logo screens play sound. Just pointing that out in case these sounds are different than in game. I'm hoping "Play Sounds" Off would
stop all sounds including start up)
