    There the title actaully says what i'm dealing with daily pass 3 weeks.

    This is realy weird situation caused by An flaw in stores that allowed the own a Duplicated acces prime From game Warframe.

    Since this was a mistake by latiency in store's 1 of the acces prime got refunded in 2017, of course the game gets updated and new packs are being delivered and released, There for i'm asking the Digital extremes a qeustion about acces prime, And that i
    once owned 2 of the same type packs by a mistake in stores, Wich they followed up with an investigating my account, and notice 1 pack got refunded, There for like ALL OTHER GAMES they got zero tolerance for any refund, And eventually permentaly banning my
    Game account for acces the game till 2035, over pass time i've invested in this game, above 745 euro, Afther the banisment i tried to reach out to the support of digital extremes wich caused me getting IP-blocked from there website cause i made an public topic
    about this issue, Afther all my acces for reaching the support of digital extremes I reached out to Xbox live support, Had conversations above 2 hours EACH chat, for last pass 15 days, The refund ticket that you guys created "With so called Dedicated team"
    doesnt work the most of the times and the website gives us Dutch people an error that the website has been moved, or "Seems you found an glitch" error

    i've send the first reqeust ticket with some good luck from above cause somehow the site was working Afther 3 days of waiting im getting an message that the case is closed, There for im contacting the support once more again, Wich they said, Make sure you
    reply on those e-mails to share more information, Well i've replied more than 10 times already providing EVERYTHING, From mail from digital extremes to. actaully providing screen shot that my game account got banned till 1-1-2035, What worries me the most
    is that you guys are more intrested in proteckting your so called "Partnerships And potenional investers" Than actaully your costumers whose depending on the qaulity of service your providing, and till this day, The e-mail is being ignored, Theres no replies
    coming from you guys, And everytime if i'm talking with an support, Im being throw in the massive utter disturbing loopholl that you guys also have created in hope that your costumers eventaully give up tryin to solve this matter, ive been talking to refund
    deparments/ Chat agents/Agent live's,/ Even a chief of an deparment, and they promised me many things, But nothing happend, There for im making this public in hope people are aware of, That if something goes wrong within an transaction, That the costumers
    eventaully end up being punished for it, Also 1 of the costumer service tried to contact Digital extremes aswel, Wich she also is being rejected to reach the support about this matter

    Lucky for some people they can claim an package on there bank funds, To atleast being enable to refund everything through banking, over past 5 years, Now im willing to bet, If i refund through this way, That you guys

    afther noticing this, i rather refund everything that incluided ayden and microsoft entitled transactions, And walk away with above 2.000 euro wich i've been investing over time, for digital products, and also the Xbox one X bundle costs, because this loopholl
    of support service, is such a shame, Feels like im talking to answering machine most of the time, Wich re-directs me to basic Microsoft web, Following the steps once again there for is this poll mostily to inform people to be aware of Actaully risks of transactions
    for digital products, Wich is a partnership with Microsoft

    Cause like maria (Actaully chief of refund deparment told me ) Those Non-refund items are mostly for our partnerships to proteckt them and Actaully get the partnership deal done, But since people are getting banned Cause of your employers mistake of not
    informing the Partners your dealing with, That its actaully an duplicated item who'se being refunded, can cause people losing more money that they invested than whole refunded product that caused the problem in first place, those "non-refundable policies do
    not count" since im the 3th party at the moment whos getting punished cause the lack of communcations between the first 2 parties, If you actaully try to deliver some support, Learn atleast busseness mangements instead of Creating more loop holes where YOUR
    COSTUMERS gets stuck in.

    Hi there, sorry you are having issues. This isn't something Microsoft can help with though. It's strange that game devs are hard for you to reach. In my experience they are always very open if you are respectful with contact. Maybe the Warframe forum,
    rather than Xbox forum would be more helpful in this case: Warframe Forum

    Please contact the Warframe support here: https://www.warframe.com/zendesk

    If you are indeed "IP-Blocked", simply disconnect your modem for 30 seconds, and then sign back in. You should then have gotten a separate IP address.

    This seems to be a game related issue, and neither we voluntary users here in this user forum can help, nor can Microsoft help you with bans that happen in a specific game.

    Please don't post bugs that can be used to abuse game mechanics on these forums, your best bet is to reach out to the game dev directly with a bug report so they can correct it as quick as possible :)

    Every costumer seeing this, Would totaly agree with me that this is insane for words.
    This forum here is a COMMUNITY run forum. Unless you see a "Staff" sign under a user name, that person is NOT employed at Microsoft or Digital Extremes.

    We are just regular people from the internet that voluntarily try to help others.

    And yes, if you say you are IP blocked from support, then (as network engineering is my primary job), I am completely serious to get a new IP by disconnecting your modem for a short moment.

    Unless you live in a University dorm or have otherwise a static public IP. Then I'd suggest you try a free VPN service that will make it appear you have a different IP.

    Just to make it perfectly clear:

    We people in this thread are not Microsoft or Digital Extremes employees, and therefore don't have any insight into your case.

    And Microsoft only provides the technical access to their marketplace for other publishers to sell their goods there.

    You can't compare that with a brick and mortar store.

    A better analogy would be a huge mall building, with several stores inside.

    Microsoft is the owner of the mall.

    But inside the mall, there are other stores (like a Footlocker, GameStop, Walmart etc.).

    If you have bought some sneakers at Footlocker, you can't go to the mall owner (e.g. Microsoft) and tell them the sneakers are broken.

    You'll have to go to the actual store (i.e. Footlocker) to complain about the shoe.

    And the same is true for your issue with Warframe.

    If you want to enact pressure on Digital Extremes, I suggest you make your complaint more public on Twitter by
    tweeting @PlayWarframe with your issues.
