Looks Pack Minecraft

Hi, i just purchase a look pack (#5) on minecraft xbox 360... it was everything ok but it wont unlock... i have download it many times already but still shows the padlock icon. The money was discounted on the first try and now it says "download for free"
but is not working... thanks in advance for helping me to fix this.

If you are unable to turn off or delete a pack in Minecraft, you can try the following steps:

Close Minecraft completely and restart your computer. This can sometimes help in resolving issues with the game.

Launch Minecraft and go to the "Options" menu.

Click on "Resource Packs" and find the pack that you want to turn off.

Click on the arrow next to the pack to move it to the "Available" section.

Close the Resource Packs menu and check if the pack is still active in the game.

If the pack is still active, you can try the following steps:

Open the Minecraft launcher and go to "Launch Options."

Find the profile that you are using and click on "Edit."

Look for the "Game Directory" option and click on "Open."

This will take you to the Minecraft game files. Find the "resourcepacks" folder.

Locate the pack that you want to delete and delete it from the folder.

Restart Minecraft and check if the pack is no longer active.
