Looks like you need to renew your Xbox game pass

Hi i am getting this error whenever i attempt to play any game i have from the game pass:

Looks like you need to renew your xbox game pass 0x803f800e.

i paid £10.99 for xbox game pass SEVEN DAYS AGO and it has been working every day since then, suddenly today it started doing this.

i have done a power cycle AND signed out and back in to my account. You have taken my money. It renewed on the 10th of this month. Please advise

edit: on trying to ‘buy’ xbox game pass, it tells me:

’You already own this.

We’re trying to extend your subscription. You can wait up to 24 hours for the extension, or visit account.microsoft.com to manage your subscription’.

As usual for microsoft, unhelpful and entirely nonsensical. Why 24 hours? Its been seven days since you took my money lol.

Edit 2: Even though apparently nobody from microsoft wants to answer this, as it turns out Microsoft DIDN'T charge me on 12/10/2020 like you said you would. Everywhere I look it says 'you will be charged on 12/10/2020' despite that date having passed. I
cannot CANCEL the plan, all I can do is turn off recurring billing - if I try to subscribe again from the store, all that does is turn it back on - which of course doesn't work, because for some reason Microsoft isn't charging me. This is an absolute joke.
I basically cannot have the game pass whether I want it or not. My order history has it as 'pending' for a week with no explanation as to why, no notification by email, nothing from my bank, and no support on this issue whatsoever online. I cannot get in touch
with anyone.
