You may have obtained the game through a game pass because even if you own the physical disc game if it's not inside the Xbox the license can't be read which means that you need to purchase the game digitally.

Previously, you may have played the game through game pass or through game sharing.

Try and uninstall the game then put your disc in to reinstall the game!

If this doesn't work, try contacting Minecraft support!

Did you own game before joining game pass??? If not and you got it from game pass you will have to renew to gain access to play. If you bought it from store then i am not sure why you would get that notification.
