"Looks like you need to renew Xbox Game Pass" (0x803f800e)

I'm French, I will try it in English

When I tried to play Rocket League today I had this error message (in French) "Looks like you need to renew Xbox Game Pass..." (0x803f800e).

I precise I had free game pass for few days months ago but it is over (I verified it in my account in xbox.com), I never renew it, never used it, never download games with it and not interested with it. I bought Rocket League with my money and never had
I problem with it since today. I dowloaded new update, empty the cache, tried to restart game and console many times, I removed and uninstall the game, I tried everything, never had a problem like this and don't know what to do. I verified all my informations,
payment setting, subscriptions, I never used transfer of license ou account and everything is ok and was ok before today. All the time it worked properly before that, some other games dematerialized that I bought like PUBG, Cuphead.... all work properly, it
is Rocket league and I really don't know what to do.

Sorry to hear about your game, let's try to get you back on that Rocket League grind! I see you've already tried quite a bit of troubleshooting on your own which is good. As this could be an issue with the account, we suggest you try setting up a call with
one of our account specialists just so they can review your Rocket League license. To set this up, do the following:

1. Go to
Xbox Support

2. Select My Account

3. Select No Thanks

4. Select Error messages and codes

5. You will be given a few options make sure to select Request a call form support

i already contacted the support on friday. i was told they would call me on the afternoon to help but they didnt. i csmceled my gamepass normally without problems. inly this rocket league problem occured and is still frustrating me. maybe you could send
me a gamepasscode for 14 days and i could play my game again and during this time the problem could be solved. on my side i think i have done everyhting to try to solve tve problem now.

Can you provide us with a little bit more information? Can you locate Rocket League in your

Order History? Are you able to uninstall and then reinstall the game? If you're still having trouble with this I recommend
Contacting Xbox Customer Support to see if they can provide you with more information about your licenses and transactions.

i noticed there seem to be licensing issue that some user has been complaining about

its seem to be only with the games that are in game-pass

it likely never will happen with pubg

Maybe try

• removing account and re downloading
• Factory reset

Yes I Verified it and I can location in my order history yes, with my pay card information and amont. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, same thing after this !

I re downloaded it 2 times and never bought this game with game pass, I simply bought it a year ago and never had a problem like this before. Factory reset ok but I wanted to see more help before removing all games and things and reinstall every thing because
it will take a very long time ..

Hey Azgarech thanks for keeping us in the loop!

It seems the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset
(while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes! Just to be clear this will not delete anything other that corrupt files and caches, nothing will
be lost.

https://commerce.microsoft.com and check if your purchase of Rocket League and the other games you're missing are there?

 

Hi ! Rocket league is the only game with this problem, the others are ok and yes I can see the purchase of Rocket League there

 

I have the same problem here. i triwd gamepass

to try forza horizon 4 and canceled it within 14 days. now i cant start rocket league since it became also a gamepass-game. but i buyed it 1 year ago. reseted xbox and reinstalled the game 2 times. nothing helps !
