Looks like you need to renew gamepass

When I was trying to load into dead by daylight I was given a message that said I needed to renew gamepass, I’ve never used gamepass, this also happens with minecraft and terraria.

When I tried to delete the games and redownload them it wasn’t showing up in my “read to install” tab, I have no clue what to do at this point, I’ve already tried to factory reset and power cycle the console but nothing worked. Please send help.

If these games are game shared then that is the problem. If not try to get more support from Microsoft and get order proof.

Thank you for keeping us updated. Do you have any other Microsoft accounts that you could have purchased those games on? If you do have any other Microsoft accounts, we suggest looking through the order history of those as well. Do those games
appear on your
account's game list? If you are unable to locate the transactions for those games, we recommend following XBF Javier R's advice and contact the
Xbox Support Team. They will be able to look into your account(s) to confirm the license and purchase for those games. We will provide steps on how to contact the support team.
