'Looks like you already own this' message freezing my game

Dear Microsoft, I logged onto Destiny 2 a few days ago with the newest expansion loaded and it worked completely fine with no 'Looks like you already own this' message. I logged onto the game again recently with the expansion downloaded and then the message
came up. There was an option to close it which I did. Then it completely froze my game. It came up with an error code from Bungie. I have tried restarting my Xbox, uninstalling and re-installing the expansion and the whole game itself. These messages
never stop coming no matter what I do.

In game purchase of coins in Microsoft Bingo.

Play game on PC.ror box "Looks like you already own this". Also "The purchase you requested cannot be performed, since it has already be completed before". Message has appeared for over a month.

BC - Rearmed 2 not showing in "Ready to Install"

Looks like I spoke too soon. After the game installed it still won't start, getting the "Do you own this game or app?" message.

try clearing the cache of the console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

Well i did that i went to same direction but there isn’t any netflix app!!!!

Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regard to the same issue, however, there are no official announcements from Microsoft. Kindly try performing a powercycle and then try again.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. "

Go to "My games and apps" > Full Library > Owned Apps.

Try installing the app from there.
