I understand. It may be possible that we can only use 330 mine coins from Microsoft rewards once so I highly recommend submitting a ticket to Microsoft Rewards Support through the link I sent above.

I know that codes are single use but the second code I never used.

It sounds like Microsoft Rewards codes are single-use, so once a code has been used, it can't be used again. Also, just a friendly reminder, there is a dedicated Team who handles Rewards concerns and inquiries so I highly recommend submitting a ticket to them by clicking "Get Help" at this link; https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/m.... Once you submitted your ticket, you'll receive a response email within 24 hours but if you do not receive a response in your email inbox within 24 hours, please check your "bulk mail" or "junk mail" folders.
