"Looks like you already own this" Black Desert Pearls

So, I recently got some a gift code for some pearls from a friend, I've entered the code and I'm greeted with the following message:
"Look like you already own this, visit my games & apps to try install this" etc etc

I've tried other suggested methods to fix this, I've tried searching the ready to install section, there's nothing to install or uninstall, doesn't show up as owned, the purchase doesn't show up on my purchase history, I've tried installing and uninstalling the game, entering the code on PC, the microsoft store app on windows 10 and the Xbox One directly, same situation.

Any advice?

No the code is definitely for pearls, 1000 of them to be exact.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this situation is causing you. Since it does not appear on your order history nor on the ready to install section, I would suggest getting in touch with our live support to check your account from their.

You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

This kind of content won't give you that error as are items you can purchase multiple times, this happens because what he bought for you it's a one time only purchase content

I would love to see Black Desert come to Xbox as well. I've been wanting to play it for some time now. You might reach out to Pearl Abyss about them releasing it on Xbox.
