“Looks like you already own this app” but can’t find it

It appears that you are having issue reinstalling Hulu app in your Xbox 360 after uninstalling it. Let us check on this together and sort this out. Rest assured that will do anything in our capability to assist you with your concern in a timely manner.

Before we proceed any further, we would like to inform you ahead that Xbox 360 support content is no longer being maintained.

To download and reinstall Hulu app, go the dashboard of your device and select the Apps tab. Then select the "Browse Apps" option and find the Hulu app.

Alternatively, launch the app store and search for Hulu or you can visit: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/hulu/9wzdncrfj3l1?activetab=pivotverviewtab to install the app.

Well i did that i went to same direction but there isn’t any netflix app!!!!

Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regard to the same issue, however, there are no official announcements from Microsoft. Kindly try performing a powercycle and then try again.
