Anyone can add me. I do the Insanity for Xbox Fitness videos 3x a week and sometimes do the Mossa Fight & NFL videos as an extra. M/36

 

I've taken the liberty of sending requests and messages to a handful of you, but I'd be happy to have anyone add me. I don't have anyone on my list who uses XBox Fitness at all. I have Insanity, P90X, and all of the free fitness add-ons available currently,
but I intend to keep adding new ones.

Hi im 34 and have only just got an Xbox one so have no friends lol. I just done my second workout please send me a friends request, im using the free workouts for now. Thanks

 

Guys feel free to add me, I do daily workouts of MOSSA fight+core or fight+power....at 148lbs now from 160 just. a couple months ago.....I started Xbox fitness 4 months ago. I could just do the 1 10-min exercise...... when started mossa exercise I had to
pause it to catch myself..... now I can't get enough!

I have bought me new home equipment, mma gloves for thru fight routine and extra weights for the arms and legs to push myself

 

I would love anyone to add me as a friend too. I'm 31, female and I vary between Mossa groove, the Gatoraid basketball training and the 10 minute workouts (especially the pilates)
