    i Have been handed a 14 day suspension 2 days ago and have been desperately trying to reach out for any type of support yo just clarify my ban due to my ban being for "harassment and abuse". I have filed for a review on the case and they didn't clarify any
    actual evidence behind the ban which i made clear in my case review to tell me in which case i was involved in "harassment and abuse"and what i said or messaged seeing as i have literally made sure to not respond to a single message since my last suspension
    which can be seen if you look through my message history. This ban was done through people spam reporting my account not because i have actually done something and the only reason the suspension is happening is because of my past behaviour not my present which
    shows the system doesnt help players that want to actually change their behaviour which i did as show through my message history after my last suspension. This suspension shows that the Xbox live enforcement team isnt actually working to help the player but
    the exact opposite and is being manipulated by the community to falsely ban people. All i want is an actual case review and evidence or some sort of clarity to show how these suspensions are acceptable to be put on my account which i have received none please can
    i recieve some sort of clarity to this situation because the enforcement team have no way of contacting them i have already chatted with customer support and phoned xbox live any sort of help will be kindly appreciated.

    Just to clarify,a case review will get your suspension investigated again,it does not mean the suspension will be lifted.

  3. I was suspended and I do not know why

    I received a suspension due to improper charges on my account. I was not contacted before, just received an email informing of the suspension already decided.

    I would like some contact to clarify and correct this situation.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and the only way to contact them is by submitting a case review. They do not give specifics.

    they will never give the specifics to protect the integrity and the privacy of online users

    Just be nice it's not rocket science 99.9 % of online users are why can't you?
