    Anyone else have a player using passive mode to mess with you?

    You can't shoot someone in passive mode, even if they're in a car. The only way to kill someone in passive mode is to run them over. The only way for someone in passive mode to kill you is by running you over. So the moral of the story is look both ways,
    and don't try to cross the road when someone in passive mode is around.
