Looking for some help with the 360 games on Xbox One X

Thank you for contacting the forums. I had a similar issue when trying to load GoW3 on my Xbox One. You may want to try and redownload your profile inside of the emulator. When you launch the game, click on the View and Menu button (buttons on the left and
right side of the Xbox button) on your controller at the same time and the Xbox 360 guide should appear. Go to the home section on the guide and click Download Profile. From there enter your Microsoft Account details and it will redownload your profile. This
should allow you to play online with your account. Please let me know if your still having issue.

UPDATE: Today, August 23, I spent almost 3 hours online with tech support (tech support Delilah seems to concur with me) after exhausting EVERY option tech support has listed as common solutions, repeating most of these twice, spending several hours with
my internet provider testing IP addresses (which I have a dedicated one),opening all recommended ports as seen on the support page, running tests on everything from smart TVs to tablets and computers it is definitely NOT an issue with online features both
on the ISP side or on the system, as all tests were run. Even after thinking outside the box, the conclusion is that the Xbox One X runs off of a different OS thab the okder systems and there is a definite issue with the emulator code for the Xbox 360 ONLY.
The original Xbox (which runs destroy all humans and others) RUNS perfectly and was tested TWICE for redundancy. This is a coding situation and Microsoft assures me that they will be in close contact until the situation is resolved.

and we have exhausted all these solutions. I have tried every step they have offered from reinstalling my profile to factory resetting my Xbox One X. These "fixes" do not work. As far as loading a "profile" into the Xbox 360 emulator, it never gets that
far. It tries to download the profile and says there is no internet connection and backs out of the emulator to the Xbox One X system settings; network connection; connectivity test. There is never a profile downloaded nor is there a way to get one. I have
several games that won't even start due to the need of a profile to retrieve save data to start. This is obviously a programming error. Opening the Xbox 360 "home" in the emulator does absolutely nothing as it still encouters the same problems. Thank you for
your suggestions but they have been tried and have no results in my situation. As i have stated, i have two 4 minute videos which clearly show the problem but i am unable to send them to Xbox Support.

Hey Light21M! I have been in communication with an Xbox customer service member ( I know they are kind of hard to get ahold of) I have videos of games launching both on an original Xbox One and the failure to launch on an Xbox One X. Unfortunately, the
customer service department can't receive video so I am frustrated. I firmly believe it is an issue with the Xbox 360 emulator as it is not an actual system or chipset inside the system. It is merely code. I'm hoping they'll figure this out and patch it. I
currently have 500 games and 134 are backwards compatible 360 games that I cannot play.
