Looking for Phone Number for Xbox One Repair

I recently sent in my Xbox One for repair and I haven't received it yet. The email trail makes it appear that they're sending me back another box. It was sent in because the blu-ray player stopped working. I assumed that they would simply replace the
blu-ray player and send me back my ORIGINAL DAY ONE console. I'm trying to find a number to call to find out why MY CONSOLE wasn't repaired and I'm being sent a re-furbished one. I've called Customer Support and ended up getting the Over The Phone Hardware
desk. I spent almost 30 minutes on the phone with them and they couldn't answer my questions and said they didn't have any numbers for any other departments within the company. Can anyone here help me out, PLEASE!?!

@JTbex - Guess the only thing to do is see if xbox support has some international phone number for you as they may just suggest a console repair.

 

XBOX ONE HELP FOR E102

I have relocated last year from Singapore to India. I have been following the instruction on Screen to fix the problem of E102, but its useless and waste of time. Looking for a contact (phone number/email) to talk and get the problem resolved. I have
not been able to locate a Proper Store or Email id or Contact number to talk or write. Call Center number (18001021100) is always on loop, no one picks up. Looking for information about contacting xbox repair center, OR contact number OR email id. I bought
xbox one in Aug2015 in Singapore.....................FEELING CHEATED & ROBBED.

First I want to apologize for any miss-communication that has occurred.

I have had two repairs done on my xbox one...let me share what actually is going on:

-When you have a console sent in, they are not in fact repairing that specific unit (in most cases)

-You will have a "refurbished" Xbox One sent back with a different serial number

-Calling service seems problematic, as you are best to reply to the person who "may" have sent you an email around the time your console was received. (I do not believe there is any way for a customer to call the repair center, but a Microsoft Xbox Rep may
be able to call and report back to you)

-An email will be sent to confirm that the console is being shipped back to you (this does not confirm that the console was shipped, but rather that it is ready to ship and a label was created )

*On my first console, it took approx 21+ days (which accounts for about 10 days of the console sitting in "ready to ship" before it was actually shipped)

**You can opt to pay extra for expedited shipping which tends to cut off some of the time but ultimately, this current process is not the best representation of the company. (reasons unconfirmed) This must be done prior to sending off the xbox one....if
they set this up for you, more than likely they did not choose expedited.

In the end, the best course of action is to reply to email the person working with you or PM a forum moderator with the service # found on the Myservice.xbox.com site

I would also suggest voting on the XBoxUservoice website as others also have expressed opportunities and suggestions around this current process.

I understand the process. I don't want someone else's refurbished box. Replace my blu-ray and send it back. I don't want someone else's problems. I know how mine was used. I could be getting some box that has 1000's of hours on it while mine might only have
100's. It only makes since.

it lists all the service phone numbers but again...there is not a phone # for the "Repair" office.

Also, I have no idea how to request to have your specific Xbox One returned. I don't even know if its possible as I assume, each returned Xbox one is salvaged and new refurbs are created from those.
