I can't seem to find anyone in-game who uses a mic. I'm just looking for people to play with who are down to communicate and use teamwork.

I know exactly how you feel. No matter what kind of match I play, I do all of them with the exception of Crosshair and Rescue, maybe if I am extremely lucky, I get someone in my squad who not only has a mic icon present but also has the common sense to use
their mic to coordinate. This is about 1 in every 30 servers that I enter regardless of number of matches. Unfortunately there is nothing you can really do since there's no way to force people to talk. I too keep an open mind when entering a round and first
let my voice be heard to see if anyone can in fact hear. Mostly my voice falls on deaf ears.

Been looking for people with nice/communication skills for ages no one talks nowadays on Xbox one!

 

Teamwork doesn't require a mic. The key problem to Battlefield games is that teamwork is key and very few follow squad leader orders (if the leader sets them) or very few actually help teammates with ammo, health, repairs etc.

Feel free to add me that goes to the OP or anyone reading this thread. I am very teamwork and objective orientated, I play mainly CQL or Blood Money, I don't always use mic (but I have one) but you will have a teamworking squad mate
