Looking for help with my account.

Hello, I am looking for help regarding the loss of 50+ games.

I had 2 Xbox ones a few months ago, I was using my main account to game share with my 2nd xbox one.

That account was banned from xbox live about 1-2 months ago. I still had access to those games tied to that account on my 2nd xbox one. Shortly after my main account was banned my 2nd Xbox one stopped working and I ended up throwing it away and Now I do
not have access to those games anymore, if I wasnt gaming sharing with the 2nd xbox one, I would still have those games right now.

Support told me to post in this forum for assistance(They also said they forwarded the question to the higher ups but told me to post here for better results and they said its a unique situation).

Is there anyway for someone from microsoft to manually access the account and change the game share to my main xbox one? I'm not asking for a ban removal, I would just like access to the game I have lost(which I would still have access to if my 2nd xbox
one didnt break down). I can provide all details regarding the other profile and other console specific info you might need.
