Looking for help on an Xbox Live/Destiny connection issue. Randomly disconnected.

Hi. My gamer name is Magnus and I've been a Xbox 360 Destiny player since the game began. Starting last Friday (April the 24th) I have begun to be dropped randomly from Xbox Live. I receive no error code and are just signed out. I've contacted Xbox Live
tech support (Seriously, this is not a joke. They do have "tech support") three different times and called once (Then hung up on by a nice woman named Belle) still have no answer. This is the only time I've have had connection issues and my hardware (Xbox,
router, modem, switch, cables, internet) hasn't changed. Has anyone else had this problem or know a way to fix this?

Things you have tried:

#1 - Switching to a wireless connection. Nothing.

#2 - Reset my modem, router, switch and Xbox. Several times. Nothing.

#3 - Disconnected and connected all cables to internet hardware. Nothing.

#4 - Deleted my profile and re-installed it. Nothing.

#5 - Deleted the most recent update to Destiny (The 1.1.2 patch). Re-downloaded and installed patch. Interesting fact, Xbox Live disconnected once during the download. Nothing.

Disconnected from Xbox live

I'll be sitting on my Xbox and randomly get disconnected from Xbox live. My internet connection is fine. I've been having this problem for months.. someone please help

 

I am getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live and cannot resolve with troubleshooting

I purchased my Xbox 360 this summer and it worked just fine for several months. But since September I have had issues with Xbox Live just randomly disconnecting. Sometimes I can't even play because it just keeps getting disconnected over and over again whenever
I try to enter game world online or matchmaking. Other times I play for an hour or so with no interruption.

I have already gone through the troubleshooting article "I'm getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live" a few times now. Nothing has solved the issue.

I have doubts that it is a networking or ISP issue because my husband's Xbox 360 works just fine (and his is older) when connected the same way - and of course mine still will have the issue when connected like his. Whenever we play together and I get randomly
disconnected, his connection was always fine.

Another odd thing about it is what I'm playing when connected to Xbox Live and getting randomly disconnected. I played
COD: Ghosts for months with no issue. Then I got Destiny and that's when the issue began, but it only happened when I was playing that specific game. I know of the connection issues with
Destiny, but again, my husband plays it just fine on his Xbox 360. I had hoped that this was just a
Destiny issue, since I continued to play COD: Ghosts just fine and watch
Netflix with never getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live. But now that I have COD: AWF I've had issues staying connected playing that game as well. I don't get randomly disconnected from Xbox Live as much on COD: AWF as I do
Destiny, but it still occurs proving it's not just an issue with one game. So far, these are the only two games I have that the issue occurs with.

After struggling so long with this and trying I could find, I'm getting the feeling it's an issue to my specific Xbox 360 that I can't fix with changing some settings.

Any other suggestions for me to try? Or do I need the hardware looked at?

 

Correction... I have the model number and make of the cable modem.
