Looking for help getting open NAT, looked all over google tried a bunch of suggestions nothing ...

Topic more or less, ive opened every port, i tried disabling upnp restarting the router then enabling upnp again, i dont think there is much else i can try at least according to google a static ip is the last resort, i tried going wired but it turned my
nat strict idk why my wireless is moderate.

License Transfer Problem

I tried transferring licenses on my xbox but it will not work. It says "there was a problem communicating with xbox live. Please try again later."

I AM connected to xbox, I have an OPEN NAT. I looked all over the forums, youtube, google, etc. help is appreciated sorry if I'm posting in the wrong spot, I'm kinda new to the forums.
