Looking for help fixing some issues

My Xbox one is having issues starting up games. Rocket league won’t register button clicks at the “press any button” start screen. Fallout 4 goes to a black screen after launching and nothing happens. This happened after fallout 4 froze likely because my
roommates unplugged the WiFi. The WiFi is good now and I’ve power cycled the Xbox multiple times. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix?

14 days and still no code for SOD YOSE

It's been 14 days and still never got my code for State of Decay YOSE, for my preorder of State of Decay 2 Ultimate Edition. Is anyone even looking and fixing our issues. Microsoft agents don't even respond to me on my complaint ticket. Just like some help
or an answer that is truthful about what is being done. I even emailed *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and still no reply.

The 11th book is not in a Safe House like all the rest, It's in South Almuda just north of the where house (where u build the plane). On the map there is a long narrow building just west of the garage. Go inside that building and up to second floor. There
are windows on the left. The farthest window has a wooden plank. Walk across the plank to the building next door and then drop down through the skylight. The 11th book is there as well as the blueprints for one of the Shout combo weapons as well as the
drink book. Plus lots of drinks in the next room to experiment

To be sure, when you power cycled the console did you unplug it for 5 minutes before turning it back on?

Does this happen with multiple controllers or with another account on the same console?
