    Looking for headset suggestions


    OK guys here is the deal. I'm sure a lot of you have already been here but I'm looking for headset suggestions. With my schedule most nights I can't play / watch TV until everyone else has gone to bed. I'm tired of not truly being able to enjoy / hear while
    gaming , movies, music.

    I've been reading / scouring over so much bias information over the past week that I'm more confused now than when I started.

    I'm not 100% against wired headset if the chord can plug up to the controller however I think I want wireless if possible. Most my gaming sessions at most last 3 maybe 4 hours. Main important things are comfort, immersive experience, good bass levels that
    won't drown out the other sound, but still allows for a good 7.1 experience

    Im not sure if I'm asking for too much I realize that dedicated gaming headsets have less bass as traditional music stereo. I don't wanna spend a mint but I don't mind paying for good quality.

    Hey there BaldyLocks34 :)

    It really all depends on what you want from the headset. My advice would be to set yourself a budget and shop around. Polk are good but from what I understand, they have been known to flat out easily. The best I have had are Turtle Beach and like I always
    say, if you look after them, they look after you.

    As far as I know there are no completely wireless headset for the Xbox One . The Headset coming out by Turtle Beach and Polk Audio still use a wire to the controller . You will need a adaptor to use even a wired headset and there is no official word on when
    this will be available. I'm using Turtle Beach XP500 and they work great . I had to splice Xbox One headset cable and a Turtle Beach cable (the 2.5mm plug end) together for chat , the cable is so light you almost don't feel it's presence. What ever Headset
    you go with make sure it has a optical in connection for your sound .
