Looking for groups, and how to successfully create one

So the standard Looking for group* (lfg*) features is easy to make one by the following steps we all aware of,

But with the clubs, it can be difficult to meet new players and play along side. I have a few notes from my experience with club lfg* posts. Which are the following

*Always great to ask any club mod what games are asked for often*

1.Pick a Game that you enjoy that is asked about often

(some games have different Versions available example mine craft has v1.12 and v1.13 open to the public and can have issues on cross platform play)

2. Make your rules clear

3. try to include every one even newcomers to the game in question

(if you hear experienced players complain about a newcomer try to defuse

it as soon as possible *be careful round this some is just friendly trash talk

but make sure everyone sees the lines drawn in the rules* remember you are in control of the lfg)

4. It can be a great help to have another person you know and trust on hand helping you during the lfg

to stop any arguments/toxic/disruptive behavior

5. Be friendly and polite treat people the same way you would want to be treated

6. Don't be discouraged by others

7. Have fun

What are your thoughts on this and what is your own way to do things like this?. Would you like to try different ways to meet new players, If so what, how and why?.
