Looking for Group not working on my account

Hello. I'm trying to access LFG posts on Xbox live. Whenever I click 'Interested', a message returns "Group post no longer available". This applies to old posts, as well as new posts made within seconds of applying. I am also unable to create LFG posts.

The issue is localized to my Xbox account, yet nothing seems to fix it. I'm able to verify this by signing into any other Xbox/Microsoft account and trying to use Looking for Group, and it works. I've tried resetting, reinstalling, and restarting all my PC and Xbox apps. I've tried opening up all my privacy settings, I've checked Xbox Enforcement and I have a clean record with clean rep.. Has anyone else had this issue? Trying to get a call back from Microsoft has been a ... difficult task to say the least.

After that delete the account from the console, power cycle it and then download the account again

Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select Settings.
- Select Network Settings.
- Select Advanced Settings.
- Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.
- Select Clear.
- Allow the console to restart when prompted.

If that doesn't help, then Go to Settings > Power & startup > Under Power Options > highlight the Power mode, then press the "A" button on the controller to toggle between instant-on and energy-saving mode.

Change DNS:

- Go to Settings
- Network
- Advanced settings
- DNS settings
- Manual.

(If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings.)
Then enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220"
