Looking for competitive Clan/Community (CoD: AW)

I've recently decided to move over to the Call of Duty scene after following it for a few years, departing from Halo because the Master Chief Collection is the non-functioning game it is. I'm looking for a clan or community where I can be introduced to
the competitive (ESports) side of Call of Duty.
As for a little about myself, I am 19, have a headset/mic (Astro A40s) and all that, and am looking for a serious group to play with. I wan to improve, I want to compete.

Now, I shouldn't start at absolute rock bottom in my skill because I have experience playing as a teammate, and a pretty decent one if I may say so myself. But I'll need introduction to the map callouts, setups, map movement, gametypes, etc.

It would be nice if you didn't have a KDA requirement because, well, I'm new to this game. I haven't played regularly CoD since MW2, haha.

I, personally, would prefer a group that holds daily practices/scrims/8's lobbies (whatever you want to call them). I love grinding the game to get better.

I don't mind signing up for a clan's website, but I really don't want to go to a place that heavily empathizes website activity. I've already been part of a Halo group that puts website activity before gameplay. It's not a fun experience. I don't want to do
that again. I don't mind some requirements, but very strict ones will turn me away. Basically I'm looking for a place where I can learn to play competitively, without having to dedicate a bunch of time to non-game related stuff. I also would prefer not having
to change my Gamertag. I literally just untagged from my old group.
