    Hey there RivalLight1! I'm just trying to clarify some info here so I make sure I understand. Are you saying your son downloaded Thorin Oakenshield as a playable guardian and the Survival Game Mode dlc? Temhotabot is right in that usually everything is placed
    in the proper spot for you and will show up on the proper menus (for these two, it would be game mode and guardian select).

    From my research it looks like Survival Game Mode is just a one lane versus mode. I would think he should be able to access it from the menu where he access all other versus modes.

    Thorin Oakenshield looks like he should be select-able as a playable guardian at the normal guardian select screen.

    I'd try to play a game and see if Survival Game Mode and/or Thorin Oakenshield are select-able. If they aren't, post back and we'll see what we can do to get things sorted for you. ^_^

    Yes, just keep playing Survival over and over. Versus works too. Matchmaking isn't working for me so that's all i'm doing to get the unlockables.
