    Self-service refund.

    What would have someone apply for the 'self-service refund' option? I have a game I've been looking to refund that I've played for less than an hour but don't apply for said refund. I'm already in the Xbox insider if that counts for anything.

    There is no way to contact support when looking for a refund, it only directs you through the help site which will NOT issue me a refund because it is not an option. I am the purchaser and I am looking for a refund as the code cannot be redeemed by the intended party.

    Hello, I would look on xbox.com under purchases and see if it shows the game. If you see the game look and see if it has a refund link. If no link then you need to contact support to have your account looked into for a possible refund.
