There are a few non competitive small clans out there that could be of use to you, as what you are looking for is more of a clan based thing. some clans are just groups of people that enjoy playing the game as it is designed for teamwork.

I'm a part of Midland Base, which is a Halo only group. That said, many of our members play all kinds of games (Especially Skyrim, Battlefield, and Gears of War). Our gaming community is based on how much fun you can have and not having to play with unpleasant
