Look into messsages before suspending accounts.

I'm unhappy about my account's messaging getting banned when I get fed up with team killing. If xbox would look at the messages that are sent before and after the "offense" occurred then they might actually see that maybe we shouldnt just ban a person for
plain putting in the message bout being team killed. Because, other than when im in a game with a team killing scumbag, I'm constantly telling people gg and giving praise when I see people do good. This system is broke. If another player wouldn't be a ****,
then it wouldn't be a problem in the first place. Maybe don't put team killing in your "code of conduct" if you just gonna banned people's messaging who get fed up with it and say something. I got team killed eight times before I said anything. Oh yeah and
why are we banning people for using language that is no where near as bad as the language used in the games you promote and put all my main screen and store. That's why this is broken. You cant promote game that says "**** or ****" and then ban your players
messaging for using the same language.

Suspending unjust account.

Hi my

account was suspended for two weeks 17/05/2015 unjustly for the sake of a

user using tricks in the game call of duty advanced warfare, in a

gaming session this user altered many players in session and wrote to me Give

it my account I refused the day after I was suspended my friend had

contacted me these days saying that he had contacted you and that he had

received an excuse email from the Microsoft service and a two week code

that we can use in the game, The more I would like to

remove the Enforcement and Activity history list that appears to me

cheating Enforcement detail: - this account has used unauthorized

hardware or software or other illegal tools to disturb the gaming

experience of other players. Thanks for the support

you do realize that the rules don't just apply to other players right?

It doesn't matter what was sent before your reported activity all offending parties will be punished

Including retaliatory if you break the rules

The ends don't justify the means

Nor does it null punishment

As per the code of conduct of most Services you must be rated e for everyone
