Look after the pennies

I'm interested in purchasing fallout 4 and have been hovering over the buy link when I noticed a most irritating thing. Unless I'm mistaken the bundle consisting of the game plus season pass is retailing on xbox live at £74.99. Now by my maths the game
retailing at £49.99 and the season pass retailing at 24.99 sold separately amount to £74.98 or for those not paying attention 1 penny less than buying the bundle deal. So why sell bundles and promote it as a deal. This is just unfair as a lot of people
won't check the price difference. It's only a penny but when you consider that xbox live are nowhere near competetive with the prices any way you have to wonder about the honesty and integrity of xbox live. Those pennies soon add up.

Used to but more wiser now with the pennies and rent now and play old purchases, look back now and feel like a mug

Looks like a cheap and tacky piece of crap, they expect people to pay a few pennies shy of £90 for this?

 

Buy it physical, I paid £35 for mine.....

 

I'm not sure where you think it should be "fair"? I don't recall them ever promoting it as a "deal" either. I purchased the Fallout 4 Deluxe Edition. It was merely labeled as the base game + the season pass.

Also should point out that MS/Xbox aren't the people who set the prices for the marketplace. That is done by the publishers of the game.

P.S. Minecraft Story Mode has the same "issue", in that if you buy the Full Season Pass it is actually 3 pennies more than buying them all individually.

 

I chose to get a physical copy because I just wanted to HOLD THE DARN THING!
