Longtime Microsoft user: Extremmmmmmelly dissapointed.

I've been a Xbox user for years, since the first generation. I can't believe I am telling myself this, but I am on the verge of switching over. My first generation Xbox one, can't connect to any controllers. It's so frustrating and annoying that I can't
play a online game without getting disconnected at least 5 times. I tried connecting the controller via cable, to the Xbox; still to no avail. I've tried and tried to tough it out, I just can't anymore. I don't know if it's a flaw within the system of the
Xbox, that goes dead after a few years; something needs to be figured out. Sorry for being a nuisance and I know I am probably one of many to make a compliment in these regards.

I believe Microsoft has finally fixed this, though I am dissapointed in how long it took them, but maybe they will provide compensation who knows

 

The new xbox 1 month trial new policy

I think that the new policy is stupid because what about teens and kids that play xbox and want to try it out for the first time or make a new account i think it should be like it always had been im dissapointed in microsoft right now not mad but dissapointed
