    Longer suspension and consequences


    I got a suspension on the 9th of this month until the 16th of this month. I woke up the next morning to find my account had been suspended even longer and had more consequences. I was suspended until the 24th and instead of the usual communication consequences I now couldn’t play online. Why did this happen?

    There should not be any consequences when your suspension is over.

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. Since it is such a short suspension, it is not eligible for a review since the review would take longer than the suspension. Profanity is a violation of the code of conduct no matter
    how mild the rest of the messages were.
    I know it is, but this guy has spammed me with 16 messages provoking a reaction, and then used that to report me. For all I know he is having a great time with his friends playing consequence free.

    Hello! Everybody is correct and there is no undo for console bans you can submit a case review and try to contact the Xbox support about your account and it's suspension. The consoles on the other hand are 'Dead' which is that they can no longer be used
    and no technician at Microsoft will re-activate the console. In fact your son's suspension will teach him to follow rules and guidelines in the future and will teach him that there is consequences for there actions if it is broken. You can read more here

    24 hour suspensions are not subject to a case review.

    You will just have to wait it out.

    Actions have consequences.

    Just follow the Code of Conduct, it is that simple.
