Longbeach

The Long Beach track was delivered as a game update. If you're connected to the internet - the update should have downloaded automatically.

It is violation of MS TOS to cheat. The gamer at the top of the Long Beach course in Forza 5 is shown as completing that course in 13 seconds. The #2 runner up completed the course in 1 min 23 seconds. It is an impossibility that anyone completed that
course in 13 seconds.

As for shaming cheaters, cheaters shame themselves. The Truth is an absolute defense to liable and slander, so before taking me on as violating MS TOS prove that course can be completed in 13 seconds, then do your worst. It is a violation of TOS to cheat,
and it disadvantages other players trying to level up when the leaderboard has been captured by a cheater.

No one has contacted me from MS about this matter, in 9 months which is long enough for MS to have ascertained whether I violated TOS. I reported this player numerous times via customer service because there is no option on the game to do it there. CS
told me to post it here therefore. So I was doing what MS CS told me to do.

It is not shaming to cite cheating. Show that it is actually possible to complete that course in 13 seconds, then send a complaint about me to TOS enforcement. Until then, the truth is an absolute defense to allegations of liable and slander and it is
impossible to shame a cheater. They shame themselves. But that earns them no right to claim the top of the leaderboard.

First I wanted to mention that it is against the terms of use of the forums to name and shame another xbox user.

If you believe someone to be doing something against the terms of use or code of conduct of the Live service then you should use the dashboard reporting tools to report the user. Go to their bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions provided.
The report will be sent to the PET to investigate.

As for the leaderboard you could also try contacting Turn 10 to see if it's a legitimate track time.

I reported another player to voo foo and MS. He has claimed the top of the leaderboard for Pure Poker, a voo foo game. His profile shows he played the Pure Poker game for 22 minutes, and now he stands at the top of the leaderboard. No action has been
taken to delete him from the top spot in the world leaderboard. However, MS has deleted his gamer achievements and the game has been deleted from his gamer history. Cheating is the only way that happens, yet Voo Foo Games still honors this cheater at the
top of the world leaderboard. I call that disgraceful and letting cheaters claim the leaderboard spot is a violation of all rules of fairness and sportsmanship.
