long time member to gamepass help me microsoft

Sorry to hear you're having connection troubles! To start out, how do you have your Xbox connected to your network, wired or wireless? If you haven't already, please try restarting your network hardware by unplugging completely for 30 seconds and reconnecting.

It was working yesterday. I am a long time member. The rest of my offer is showing, it is only the gamepass part. If I try to access it throught my profile it says that i need to sign up

So, ure telling me that xbox punish me for buying some time ago a gamepass, thats a lil dumb, i've been member of game pass before, but by buying it, never used a code now im sad ;(

Hi i have just purchased the xbox gamepass Ultimate and i was wondering if there is a limit to how many of the games i can try ie how many i can download free of charge as long as it says it is part of the GamePass say if i see 8 games i want to
play can i download them in the same day or week and play them all free of charge as long as i got them from the Gamepass page and it says it is free with gamepass

As a member of GamePass Ultimate, you have access to a wide variety of free games. There is no limit to how many you can try, download or play. If you decide to end your GamePass membership, you will lose access to these games.

GamePass games, have the 'GamePass' icon in the corner of the game art; this shows you that you can play them.

All GamePass games can be downloaded as you see fit, however, now and then, some GamePass games are removed from the library.

I had gamepass, not anymore since long time

So I downloaded it with gamepass but I could use it offline without gamepass
