Long time member - fix this ****!

Hey Xbox, why is it every time I turn on my Xbox it is a 50/50 chance it even signs me in automatically? I have it on auto sign in. Half the time it will not sign me in even if I do it manually when it does not automatically do it. I'm typically patient
but getting fed up finally! None of my other gaming system EVER has this problem. Look into it and FIX it!

long time rewards member, no credits yet

I have been a Live Rewards member for a while however, none of my purchases or achievements have registered any points. For example, I have pre-ordered Mass Effect Andromeda but my balance is still zero. None of my past purchases have registered either.

Hello Cuddy23,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Sorry to hear you're having connection troubles! To start out, how do you have your Xbox connected to your network, wired or wireless? If you haven't already, please try restarting your network hardware by unplugging completely for 30 seconds and reconnecting.
